Role Overview:  Lucas Group has partnered with a premier engineering consulting firm on their search for an HR Generalist with strong recruiting abilities. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years’ experience in a generalist role, having focused on recruiting, and be able to work independently. 

Responsibilities:

• Ability to recruit for professional level roles, attend recruiting events and oversee campus recruiting
• Oversee social media accounts to drive in talent (including LinkedIn, job boards and other sources)
• Capability to seek out passive candidates to include direct sourcing, cold calling and networking
• Prepare and analyze HR reports as necessary
• Partnering with hiring managers with the interviewing process

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree required; HR certification highly preferred.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in combination of recruiting and HR Generalist
• Must have strong customer service demeanor and be able to work independently
• Excellent communication skills, detail oriented, and a positive team player
• Experience with high volume recruiting
