Role Overview:  Lucas Group has partnered with a well-established industrial company on their search for an HR Generalist.  This is a wonderful opportunity for up-and-coming HR talent to provide business partner support to dozens of sites across the US while gaining the insight and experience for fast-tracked upward mobility within the organization.  The ideal candidate has 3-10 years of progressive HR experience supporting a multi-site blue collar environment with employee relations, manager coaching, employee engagement, performance management, recruiting, training, and payroll support.  This is a "roll up your sleeves" position on a fun team; perfect for an energetic candidate.  About 30% domestic travel required.

Requirements:

• 3-10+ years of HR generalist or business partner experience in a blue collar environment.  Multi-site responsibility preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Demonstrated knowledge in employment law and compliance.
• Demonstrated accomplishments in identifying talent gaps and leadership of resulting action items.
• Experience using an HRIS; ADP experience a plus.
• Ability to connect and influence all levels of the organization.
• Ability to travel up to 30%.
• HR certification(s) a plus.
