Role Overview:  Lucas Group has partnered with a global manufacturing company to fill an HR Generalist role. This HR Generalist will be supporting a manufacturing plant of approx. 100 employees and will take on responsibility for an office of 30 employees after 3-4 months. This is the sole HR support at the site, so they will be handling all employee relations, recruiting and onboarding, benefits communication, and compliance.

Position Requirements/Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience supporting a blue collar population, ideally plant experience and multi-site.
• Very hands on.
• BA in Human Resources or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
