Role Overview:  Lucas Group has partnered with a leading law firm on their search for an HR Generalist located in New York, NY. The Human Resources Generalist is responsible for facilitating a range of HR functions. This position will work closely with the Director of HR in developing, implementing and evaluating ongoing Human Resources policies, programs, and activities. Additional responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

• Employee Relations
• Onboarding & coordinating w/ recruiting, exit interviews
• Benefits & Compensation administration
• Prepare all compliance reports, EEOC and others as needed.
• Handle special projects, as assigned.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree
• 5+ year’s progressive HR experience in legal industry
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
