Title: HR Generalist

Location: Dallas, TX

Role Overview:  Lucas Group has partnered with a rapidly growing services organization in the Dallas, TX area on their search for an HR Generalist. This individual will support the day to day needs of about 200 employees as well as be a partner to the leadership team while driving initiatives and strategies.

Additional responsibilities:

• Lead and promote HR initiatives and programs that align with corporate goals and values
• Handle Employee Relations issues
• Create and lead strategies to support and enable a positive work environment
• Follow up on performance management and succession planning programs

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree
• 5+ years HR Generalist experience
• PHR (Professional in Human Resources) or SPHR (Senior Professional in Human Resources) certification preferred
