Lucas Group has partnered with a rapidly growing, high touch customer service organization who needs a HR Generalist to help champion their focus on building, growing and maintaining a culture based on having fun, being a great team and diversity of thought and experience. This person will be responsible for the management of all day-to-day functions regarding recruitment, ER, benefits, and performance management. In addition, all policy compliance, training, and workers’ compensation duties will be under this role.

  • Work with Operations team to create recruitment plans that include strategic planning and training
  • Provide ER training and coaching as well as lead planning sessions
  • Work with Operations Generalist on benefits communication
  • Coordinate all pieces of workers’ compensation claims

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of HR experience ideally in a restaurant, hospitality or high touch customer service environment
  • Must have experience in full cycle recruiting, onboarding, and employee relations
  • Must be vibrant and capable of having fun while maintaining solid and proactive judgment skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with all levels
  • Strong communication skills and proficiency working with Microsoft Office suite
