This is a true generalist role with autonomy to lead all aspects of HR for this established, thriving and growing organization. This person will be supporting a critical aspect of the business in areas such as employee relations, performance management, talent development, coaching and recruiting.
Experience Requirements:
- At least 8-10 years of HR experience in a similar industry
- Strong communication skills, polished, confident and articulate
- Passion for NYC development a plus
Responsibilities:
- Support all aspects of HR, including performance management, employee relations, talent development, and recruiting
- Manage day-to-day HR needs in an “all hands on deck” fashion while helping organization to drive overall HR strategy
