Role Overview:  Lucas Group is partnered with a publicly traded company on their opening for an HR Director in the Cincinnati area. This is a fast growing organization in the manufacturing industry. The role will report directly to the VP of HR and partner with key stakeholders in the business.
The idea candidate will have proven success partnering with Operational leadership at multiple sites and have a balance of both tactical, roll up the sleeves mentality, along with strategic direction.
Other duties will be:

• Conduct webinars for training
• Assist in the implementation of Oracle Cloud.
• Helping Managers interpret policy, training, and provide general counseling
• Answer workers comp questions/LOA questions
• Assist in benefit negotiation and bench marking
• Provide data for union negotiations
• Lead talent management and performance reviews

Requirements:

• 5-7 years of HR experience in a multi-site capacity
• Union background
• Safety knowledge ideal
• Oracle knowledge/experience preferred
