Role Overview:  Lucas Group has partnered with a growing logistics company on their search for an HR Director. This role will report directly to the company President and lead the HR function. The ideal candidate should have a blue collar, multi-site background and be able to promote a positive, collaborative culture. • Develop and implement Supervisor Training for new and existing managers
• Develop performance review process
• Oversee HR team to include benefits and payroll
• Work closely with company leadership on company goal setting
• Oversee employee relation issues
• Promote positive, engaging culture
• Administer and oversee day to day HR responsibilities
• Partner with Safety Department on initiatives
• Lead recruiting efforts and address any turnover concerns
• Identify areas for improvement

Preferred Experience:

• 7+ years' in a generalist capacity
• Preferred blue collar and multi-site background
• College degree required/certifications preferred
• Spanish speaking a huge plus
• Ability to be nimble and fast thinking
