HR Director (Closed)

Lucas Group has partnered with a national and growing logistics company on their search for a seasoned HR Director to lead their NYC location. This role will be critical in liaising between the corporate office and the unions to drive strategic and tactical HR initiatives for this premier location

Experience Requirements:

• 8+ Years of HR experience, primarily in Union environment
• Significant traditional Labor Relations Experience
• Able to leverage relationship building to influence change
• Experience with arbitration, grievances and CBA negotiations
• Leadership development and training experience

Responsibilities:

• Provide direction and counsel concerning all aspects of HR operations
• Manage performance management, leadership development, union and labor relations, worker's compensation, compliance, benefits and training
• Oversee Recruiting Manager and determine team needs to support location
