Overview

We are seeking an experienced HR Digital Transformation Lead to lead the data and analytics workstream of a multi?year HR transformation initiative. This role will serve as interim coverage for a program lead on parental leave and is critical to driving insight?led decision?making across the HR function.

The ideal candidate brings a deep understanding of end-to-end HR processes and HR excellence, paired with strong experience in HR data analytics. While familiarity with modern analytics platforms is required, this role prioritizes functional HR acumen and strategic thinking over hands?on technical development.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the HR Data & Analytics workstream within a large?scale, multi?year HR digital transformation program
  • Translate HR strategy into a coherent data and analytics vision that supports:
    • Career ladders and workforce architecture
    • Internal mobility and talent marketplaces
    • Succession planning and leadership pipelines
    • Evaluation and implementation of HR technologies
  • Design and guide analytics use cases across core HR domains, including:
    • Organizational effectiveness and operating model design
    • Workforce and talent analytics
    • HR data maturity assessments
    • Predictive analytics and forward?looking insights
  • Partner closely with HR leaders, transformation program stakeholders, and technology teams to ensure data is integrated, actionable, and aligned to business priorities
  • Ensure HR data is effectively connected across systems and platforms to enable accurate reporting and advanced insights
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior HR stakeholders, helping them interpret data and use analytics to drive decisions
  • Support vendor and platform evaluations by articulating HR analytics requirements and value realization opportunities

Required Experience & Qualifications

  • Proven experience in HR data analytics, specifically within HR or people functions
  • Strong knowledge of end?to?end HR transformations and HR excellence models
  • Demonstrated experience working with or influencing analytics related to:
    • Organizational excellence
    • Workforce planning and talent management
    • Data maturity and analytics roadmaps
    • Predictive and scenario?based HR analytics
  • Hands?on or working knowledge of Tableau, Snowflake, and Oracle, with the ability to partner effectively with technical teams
  • Deep understanding of core HR domains (e.g., talent, performance, careers, succession, mobility), with the ability to connect data to real HR outcomes
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, particularly with senior HR and business leaders
