Interim HR Manager

We have partnered with our client in Baytown in their search for a HR Consultant on an interim basis.  This position will work on a hybrid basis in office.  

Responsibilities

  • Assessing existing HR processes and policies, identifying gaps, creating a transition plan to set up the HR department for the entity.  This will include but not be limited to:
    • Employee benefits
    • HR compliance, policy and reporting, including an employee handbook
    • Payroll
    • Recruiting processes, including job descriptions
    • Compensation plans, including bonus and recognition programs
    • Onboarding and overall hiring process

Skills Required

  • Knowledgeable about all areas of HR within an organization (Benefits, HR Compliance/policy/reporting, Payroll, Recruiting process, Compensation, Onboarding and Hiring process)
  • Ability to review current policies/procedures and identify gaps, and establish new policies/procedures as needed

Education & Work Experience

  • Bachelor's degree 
  • 10+ years of progressive Human Resources related experience to a Manager/Director level
