Position Type: Interim to hire, 3 to 6 month contract
This role has been created due to continued growth and expansion of the HR Business Partner function, driven by global AI initiatives and ongoing product transformation. The organization is evolving its HR model from a regional approach to a function aligned structure and is investing in additional HRBP support across Technology, Operations, and Finance.
As an HR Business Partner aligned to Technology, you will partner closely with engineering and product leadership to support organizational effectiveness, talent growth, and business transformation. This is a highly visible role that requires strong partnership, adaptability, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast paced, evolving environment.
* Partner with Technology leadership to support organizational design, team structure, and workforce planning
* Provide day to day strategic HR partnership to senior leaders to drive business outcomes and improve team effectiveness
* Support leadership development, coaching, and capability building across engineering and product teams
* Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to support hiring strategies, workforce growth, and talent pipeline development
* Help drive performance management, employee engagement, and talent development initiatives
* Act as a trusted advisor to leadership, navigating ambiguity and supporting change in a dynamic environment
* Contribute to the ongoing evolution of the HRBP model as the organization scales globally
* Report into a Senior HRBP leader, reporting into the VP of HR
* Join a growing US based HRBP team, currently expanding to support multiple business functions
* Partner alongside global HRBPs in a highly collaborative environment
* Experience in an HR Business Partner role supporting Technology or Engineering teams in a SaaS or technology environment
* Demonstrated experience with organizational design and supporting hiring efforts for technical teams
* Strong business partnership skills with the ability to influence and advise senior leadership
* Comfortable operating in a fast paced, less structured environment with evolving priorities
* Ability to navigate ambiguity, pivot quickly, and provide practical solutions
* Mid level seniority preferred, bringing experience while remaining flexible and adaptable
* Thrives in environments that operate with a startup like mindset within a larger organization
* Not overly rigid, able to think creatively and work through gray areas
* Strong communicator with a collaborative, solutions oriented approach
* Passionate about supporting innovation, growth, and transformation within Technology teams
