Responsibilities:

  • Develop a recruitment strategy, including job posting optimization, recruiting marketing channel development, digital and non-digital platforms

  • Provide comprehensive recruitment campaign planning, ensuring effective attraction of human resources according to the company’s objectives and compliance requirements

  • Develop and control Talent Acquisition budget

  • Develop, coordinate, monitor and guide recruitment projects across the organization, including but not limited to:

    • Job/position analysis and recruitment plan

      • Management of candidate attraction campaigns

    • Select and manage recruitment and selection service suppliers; ensure they deliver consistent quality and cost-efficient service to the business

  • Develop, monitor and analyze the process of exit interviews

  • Lead, develop and grow a strong team of Talent Acquisition Specialists, providing the development, monitoring and analysis of individual KPIs, development plans and overall work quality.

  • Tracking and using key metrics to drive continuous improvements regarding recruitment decisions and the quality of hires

  • To work closely with business segments to ensure consultation processes are carried out correctly and in a timely manner;

  • Proactively supports the delivery of HR Processes at the client’s side

  • Manages complex HR Projects cross-functionally

  • Builds a strong business relationship with the internal client

  • Actively identifies gaps, proposes and implement changes necessary to cover risks

  • Recruits personally the key talents for the internal client

  • Perform other duties requested by the manager, which are related to this position and which meet the qualifications

  • Replace colleagues during their vacations, sick leaves and other absences.

Qualifications:

  • Higher education

  • At least 5 years’ experience in HR and/or Recruitment

  • Proven team management experience

  • Expertise in US labor market, recruitment channels and selection tools (interviews, tests etc.)

  • Experience with mass recruitment will be an advantage

  • Personal competencies: strategic thinking, excellent time management, and prioritization, organizational skills

  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment in multiple international locations with a variety of national cultures

  • Excellent spoken and written English languages

  • Advanced computer literacy
