Lucas Group has partnered with a successful holding company on their search for an HR Business Partner. This strong individual will have experience in recruitment, organizational development, leadership development and succession planning. Preferably this individual will have a little over 3 years of HR experience and no more than 10 years. The primary function of this position is to design, lead, train, implement, and support HR and OD projects, interventions, and programs corporate-wide to include but not limited to:

  • HR Dashboards (metrics)
  • HR Standardization and Best Practices Implementation
  • Leadership Development and Succession Programs
  • HCM and HRIS optimization
  • Strategy Deployment and Performance Management
  • Talent Acquisition and Management, including specialized Recruitment Projects
  • Competency Development and Management Programs
  • Compensation and Total Rewards Programs

Requirements:

  • Requires Bachelor's Degree; prefers MA in OD or IO
  • Prefers transformational HR experience or Organizational Development experience
  • Travel required 1-2 days a week as needed to other CO offices
  • Travel 35% required after first year of service
