We have partnered with our client a FinTech firm in their search for a full-time HR Business Partner (HRBP) Hybrid in NYC. This role requires a seasoned HR leader who can operate as a strategic advisor to the Executive Leadership Team while managing the full spectrum of HR responsibilities. The ideal candidate is strong in employee relations, HR analytics, organizational effectiveness, and leadership coaching.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a strategic partner to senior leaders on organizational priorities, talent strategy, and workforce planning.
  • Lead employee relations matters with sound judgment and a balanced, business-aligned approach.
  • Support organizational design and change management initiatives to improve effectiveness and scalability.
  • Provide compensation and rewards guidance, partnering on pay decisions, promotions, and market alignment.
  • Leverage people analytics to identify trends, influence decisions, and provide actionable insights.
  • Execute core HR programs, including performance management, engagement, and leadership development.
  • Ensure policy, regulatory, and compliance alignment across the business.

Required Skills

  • Strong business acumen and executive-level presence.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, influence, and communication skills.
  • Deep expertise in employee relations and coaching leaders.
  • Strength in HR data analysis, insights, and problem?solving.
  • Proven ability to manage change, projects, and cross-functional initiatives.

Experience

  • 12-15+ years of progressive HR leadership experience.
  • Demonstrated success supporting and influencing senior business leaders in complex environments.
