Job Description

Lucas Group has partnered with a boutique retailer in Colorado in their search for an experienced HR generalist to develop and oversee all HR functions for their successful and growing business. This is a great opportunity for a HR professional who wants to build and help shape the culture and growth of a company. As HR Business Partner you will report directly to the chief executive, work closely with managers and support about 70 employees. The company has operations in multiple locations within Colorado, so travel is required. This position may sit in the vicinity of Denver or one of the resort areas.

Job Requirements

• 5 or more years of HR generalist experience in a dynamic environment.
• Knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
• Solid performance management, employee engagement and workforce planning experience.
• Must have excellent communication skills, a professional demeanor and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Ability to travel to site locations as needed. (travel estimated at 35%)
