Role Overview: Lucas Group has partnered with one of the premier global professional services companies on their search for an exceptional HR Business Partner to join their team in South San Francisco. The HRBP will be responsible for supporting all activities of the HR function and will provide strategic advisory and support to leaders in the business.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree required (Master’s degree preferred)
• 8+ years of relevant work experience, multinational/global professional services required
• Demonstrated ability to establish key relationships with business leaders
• Sound analytical acumen and ability to interpret business metrics
• Experience working in a fast-paced and changing environment
• Strong mental agility and problem-solving skills
• Ability to proactively and continually collaborate with the business and broader HR team
• Experience in interfacing with international audiences and cross-office teams
• Strong project management and communication skills; ability to effectively communicate and work across all levels of the organization
• Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and work with highly sensitive data and information
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to multi-task while working against tight timelines
• Attention to detail and commitment to get things done, and getting them done well
