Role Overview: Lucas Group has partnered with a Property Management company located in Downtown Chicago that needs 2 HR Business Partners to join their team. You will be supporting the Regional Managers in the field, so at least 25% travel is expected.
We need your consultative guidance and support in the areas of performance management, talent management, onboarding, Employee Relations/Engagement, learning, development, fostering culture, etc. We ask that you are a strong Generalist with a passion for continuous improvement and cultivation of an outstanding work environment and the ability to influence and earn the trust of leaders and their teams. The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years’ experience with multi-site support. Retail or property management is nice to have and some exposure to recruiting would be nice as well.
