Role Overview: Lucas Group HR is exclusively representing a well known and recognizable entertainment client who is looking for a Business Partner to join their HR team.
In this brand new role, you will champion projects, implement new company directives working alongside leaders, provide HR support as necessary and collaborate with leadership to drive a very dynamic BP centered infrastructure change within the organization.
Experience coming from retail, theme parks, hospitality or restaurants would be desired! Ability to work with large, season work forces desirable. Candidates should have 5 years of business partner expertise, overall strong HR generalist skills, possess a college degree and are PHR or SPHR Certified. Local candidates to the Carlsbad or San Diego office will be targeted.
