Role Overview:  Lucas Group has partnered with a Fortune 200 organization on their search for an HR Business Partner.

This is a true business partner role and excellent opportunity for the right individual to influence and drive change in this growing company! This passionate, driven individual will provide strategic HR support, guidance and advice on a variety of HR policy and program matters. The HR Business Partner will partner closely with key leaders and senior management to define the HR strategy and make changes when necessary to promote initiatives that align with corporate culture and values.

Additional responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

  • Partner with key leadership to lead and promote HR initiatives and programs that align with corporate goals and values
  • Advises company management on HR policy and program matters, making or recommending appropriate decisions
  • Develop concepts, techniques and standards for flawless execution of HR services
  • Formulate strategies to develop succession plans by leading talent mapping and partnering with management to identify gaps
  • Partner with Corporate HR Centers of Excellence to provide integrated HR processes and solutions
  • Develop and implement communication strategy to ensure effective communication
  • Provide coaching support to leadership on all HR strategies
  • Additional projects as necessary

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 6-8+ years HR Generalist/Business Partner experience in a high growth, changing environment with success implementing HR programs and initiatives
  • Strong business acumen
  • PHR/SPHR certification preferred
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, matrix, dynamic commercial business environment
  • Manufacturing or industrial experience
