Role Overview:  Lucas Group has partnered with a leading technology company on their search for an HR Business Partner. This is a true business partner role and excellent opportunity for the right individual to influence and drive change in this growing company! This passionate, driven individual will provide strategic HR support, guidance and advice on a variety of HR policy and program matters across multiple client groups. Additional responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

• Partner with key leadership to lead and promote HR initiatives and programs that align with corporate goals and values Partner with key leadership to lead and promote HR initiatives and programs that align with corporate goals and values
• Enforce HR policies and ensure compliance with State and Federal law
• Investigate employee issues and complaints in a timely manner and resolve issues appropriately
• Drive performance management and coach managers on appropriate goal setting, coaching and feedback leading to the annual review process
• Partner with training team to support onboarding process
• Additional projects as necessary

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree
• 3+ years HR Generalist/Business Partner experience
• Strong business acumen
