Title: HR Business Partner

Location: South side of Denver, CO

Role Overview: Lucas Group is partnered with a high profile, industry-leading organization on their search for an HR Business Partner in the Englewood area. This newly created HR role will play a key role in supporting day to day operations for all phases of the employee life cycle for this facility. This person will be a proven partner who will provide recruiting, employee relations, employee development, benefit support, help lead change management, and much more.

Additional responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

• Lead and promote HR initiatives and programs that align with corporate goals and values
• Function as a change agent, driving and implementing HR initiatives that focus on enhancing the business
• Perform as a compensation and benefits expert for local employees
• Create and lead strategies to support and enable a positive work environment
• Oversee performance management and training programs
• Additional projects as necessary

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of HR experience OR 5+ years of HR experience with HR certifications
• PHR, SPHR, or SHRM certification preferred
• Full scope generalist experience from recruiting to benefits to employee relations to training
