Title: HR Business Partner

Location: Jacksonville, FL

Role Overview:

Lucas Group has partnered with a Fortune 50 organization on their search for a high-level HR Business Partner located in northern Florida. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with a strategic background to be a true HR lead while partnering with various leaders in a newly formed business unit. This person will serve as a strategic partner to the business line providing support, guidance and advice on organizational design, culture alignment, and talent management. The ideal candidate has experience supporting high-level executives and executing strategy across multiple countries and cultures. This is not a generalist role.
Additional responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

• Partner with key leadership to lead and promote HR initiatives and programs that align with new corporate goals and values
• Drive performance management and coach managers on appropriate goal setting, coaching and feedback leading to the annual review process
• Deliver leadership and management training programs
• Additional duties as assigned

Requirements:

• College Degree in Human Resources or related field required
• At least 5 years of HRBP experience in an organization known for a high performing HR function
• Experience in an organization noted for superior management practices and excellent customer service
• Experience providing all functions of Human Resources as a strategic business partner to a fast-paced and changing organization
• Experience being accountable for a client group
• Strong overall business acumen and analytical skills with the ability to quickly grasp business issues and understand business strategy
• Adept at working with management to influence/facilitate change, implement strategy and accomplish objectives
• Strong leadership skills, excellent communication and presentation skills
• Masters in Human Resources or an MBA preferred
