Title: HR Business Partner

Location:  McLean, VA

Lucas Group has an exclusive partnership with a rapidly growing technology company on their search for an HR Business Partner. This will be a hands-on role that will ensure that all HR related needs for all US based employees are handled efficiently and effectively. The business partner will provide HR advice and advise business managers for translating business requirements into HR services, programs and initiatives across the assigned geographies.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Function as the primary HR resource for all US based HR services, programs, and initiatives
• Handle individual concerns related to compensation, career progression, immigration issues, and all other HR related issues
• Implement various HR programs, polices, and processes
• Drive associate engagement initiatives, enable retention programs, and provide subject matter expertise
• Drive and assist with our performance management review cycles
• Understand US specific labor regulations and market practices to ensure they are in compliance
• Build strong relationships and provide trusted advice to managers
• Support mobility of international associates in collaboration with the global mobility team

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree
• 5 years minimum HR Generalist experience
• Experience in IT Services field would be distinct advantage
