Role Overview:  Lucas Group has partnered with a leading consumer products company on their search for an HR Business Partner. The role reports to the Director of HR and will provide business partner support to teams globally. The role is both strategic and hands-on role. We are looking for someone with experience in organizational design, talent management strategy, and leadership coaching. This role will also do Talent Acquisition, Benefits and all facets of HR. The team is small so will be involved in everything.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Oversee and implement HR Programs, Policies and Practices
• Talent Acquisition, Compensation, Learning & Development and Performance Management
• Partner with hiring managers and the staffing team on Talent Acquisition, Full Cycle Recruiting and Workforce Planning
• Advise Leaders and Managers on employee relations issues. Work with Managers to resolve performance and E/R issues
• Manage the Performance Management Process and Employee Engagement
• Work with Leaves of Absence, Requests for Accommodations, Workers Compensation Claims, Succession Planning, Talent Reviews, HRIS

Qualifications/Requirements/Competencies

• 8 Years of experience in Strategic HR
• BA/BS Required
• Consumer Products or Technology
• Project Management Skills
• Strong working proficiency of HRIS System and MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Talent Acquisition, Benefits, Employee Relations
