Title: HR Business Partner

Location: Janesville, WI

Role Overview:

Lucas Group has partnered with a leading manufacturing organization on their search for an HR Business Partner for their site near Janesville, WI. This is an excellent opportunity for the right individual looking for progression in a high growth organization! The HR Business Partner will serve as the top HR expert and provide HR support, guidance and advice on a variety of HR functions with a heavy emphasis on engagement and recruitment. Additional responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

• Partner with two Division Supervisors and the Ops Director to align HR with business needs
• Provide support to a variety of HR initiatives and leadership development and organizational development needs
• Serve as a resource to managers and employees to address performance issues and organizational and structural changes
• Create, manage, and administer new policies and procedures
• Investigate and oversee all corporate employee relations issues and/or complaints
• Oversee benefit, health & welfare plans and initiatives
• Additional duties as necessary

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree
• 5+ year’s progressive HR experience
• 3+ years HR Generalist experience
• Strong leadership skills
