HR Business Partner (Closed)

Lucas Group has partnered with a leading technology company on their search for an HR Business Partner located in Denver, CO. This is a true business partner role with an emphasis in employee relations, coaching, training and development and influencing change for this growing company. They need an individual who is comfortable partnering with senior leadership and can handle a variety of HR policy and programs across 2 sites. This individual will need to be able to travel every 6 weeks and ideally will have experience in CA labor law and acquisitions coming from a tech company.

Additional responsibilities are:

• Partner with key leadership to lead and promote HR initiatives and programs that align with corporate goals and values
• Advises company management on HR policy and program matters, making or recommending appropriate decisions
• Develop concepts, techniques and standards for flawless execution of HR services
• Formulate strategies to develop succession plans by leading talent mapping and partnering with management to identify gaps
• Develop and implement communication strategy to ensure effective communication
• Provide coaching support to leadership on all HR strategies
• Additional projects as necessary

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree
• 7+ years HR Generalist/Business Partner experience
• Strong business acumen
• Ability to travel every 6 weeks
