We have partnered with our client in California on their search for a HR Associate. This is a contract role slated to last approximately 7-8 months. This is a part-time role and our client is seeking candidates that are willing to work 2-4 days a week. This position is 100% remote.
Responsibilities
Coaching a diverse management team on best practices from an HR compliance standpoint
Advising and deriving action points for the local management team based on monthly employee satisfaction results
Coordinating with our immigration lawyer, and maintaining information around immigration applications/work authorization for current employees
Orienting and onboarding new employees to internal processes
Payroll administration, including bonus payouts, PTO, expense reimbursements, administrating hourly pay for hourly employees
Executing project based improvements for NA team
Maintaining correct and current employee information using our HRIS
Vendor management
Skills Required
Minimum 4+ years of HR Associate & generalist experience
