Title: HR Generalist

Location: Waltham, MA 

Reports to: Total Rewards Manager

Role Overview:  Lucas Group has partnered with a leading manufacturing company on their search for an HR Generalist located in Waltham, MA!  This generalist will be very data driven, responsible for maintaining the integrity and reliability of the Human Resources Information System. As well, this well-organized individual will focus on reporting and metrics and assist with HRIS projects.

Additional responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

• Serve as subject matter expert on all HRIS matters & functionality
• Support of the Compensation and Benefits team, as well as helping with project work supporting HR generalist activities
• Help maintain data integrity in systems by running queries and analyzing data
• Write, maintain and support a variety of reports and queries in ADP reporting tool
• Manage regular reporting of employee data to state & federal regulatory agencies
• Maintain deep understanding of HR best practices and support the entire organization in the understanding and execution of best practices
• Additional projects as necessary

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR related field required
• 3-5+ years of HR experience
• ADP Workforce NOW experience a huge plus
• Ability to work in a fast paced, fluid environment
