HOA Association Real Estate Litigation Attorney

Lucas Group is assisting a client of ours, a well-respected Tampa based real estate litigation boutique firm in adding an Associate and/or Senior Associate to their team. Attorneys that either have some familiarity in Association Law (they represent HOAs and Condos), or at least have comparable experience in similar areas. Specifically, they will be working in cases involving collections, but also other areas dealing more with contract law. Additionally, it would be great if they had at least some basic litigation experience.
