Technical Delivery Head
Lead the technical team in US and India for successful project deployments for SAP and global solution portfolio by managing scope, controlling costs, and ensuring the proposed solution will meet customer requirements or expectations
Participate or lead development of business proposals, and preparation of associated cost rationale
Coordinate and develop project concepts, objectives, specifications and resource needs; Monitor project status and system performance measures; Ensure compliance with contractual requirements for all technical tasks
Ensure technical solutions are delivered to budget, schedule and agreed scope
Provide technical leadership for new or ongoing projects
Conduct project coordination and review meetings; Make presentations before management and customers; Conduct in-house design reviews and technical meetings
Customer liaison and point person for escalated situations
Must have 15+ years of related SAP ERP and gexperience.
