Role Overview:  Lucas Group has engaged exclusively with a fast-paced, growing healthcare organization looking for their next Head of Talent Acquisition.  This is an excellent opportunity to build, refine, and coach a strong talent acquisition team for a company recently awarded as one of the Fastest Growing Companies and Top Workplaces in Atlanta.  The ideal candidate has 10+ years of recruiting experience and 8+ years of senior-level TA management experience within growth organizations and can balance multiple competing priorities.

Additional responsibilities:

• Partners with Head of HR and Senior Leadership to set the talent acquisition strategy for the organization to include employer branding strategy, the recruiting process, ATS technology, and compliance.
• Develops team KPI's and reports.
• Coaches and develops a team to headhunt on current requisitions while managing a proactive pipeline of candidates.
• Stays current on trends in talent acquisition that could impact business; adjusts sourcing accordingly.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in talent acquisition in a high growth setting.
• At least 8 years of management experience.
• Demonstrated ability to juggle multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong technical ability in various ATS's.
• Some agency or staffing experience preferred.
• Previous experience in healthcare a plus.
