Role Overview: Lucas Group has engaged with a large engineering firm in their search for a Head of Regional Training. This is a fabulous opportunity to lead all things learning and development for the region, including the creation and facilitation of soft skills training for leadership. The ideal candidate has managed a learning program for a multi-state environment in a similar industry to include courses on high potential leadership development, difficult conversations, and DISC.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR or related
  • 5+ years’ experience in designing and facilitating learning and development curriculum, especially in soft skills (leadership development, hi-po development, etc.) for an Engineering firm or similar industry
  • Previous certifications or experience in Crucial Conversations, DDI, DISC, etc.
  • Ability to travel 50%+
