Role Overview: Lucas Group has partnered with a global distribution company on their search for their Head of HR. This Human Resources leader must have strong global experience, with a preference for those that have opened up markets abroad.  Additionally, must have experience working with both corporate employees, warehouse/distribution hourly employees and IT employees; the employee population is close to 1,000 full time workers and 90% of the company's business is done internationally.

Requirements:

• Experience as top HR leader in a global organization that has a minimum of 1,000 employees and minimum revenue of $1 Billion
• Experience in with Consumer Products or Distribution
• Preference for e-Commerce, or technology experience
• Ability to make effective and persuasive speeches
• Strong experience with corporate, warehouse/distribution and IT employees
