Role Overview: Lucas Group is conducting a search for a Head of Executive Recruitment for a global professional services firm based in the DC area. This person will work closely with the executive team to build and execute a scalable recruiting strategy that will allow the company to grow without sacrificing a focus on delivering high performing professionals. This is a unique opportunity to shape the recruiting department from the ground up for a fast-paced, growing company. The role will report into the CEO and will offer high earning potential.

Responsibilities:

• Developing overall executive recruitment strategies
• Utilize a variety of channels, including marketplace and competitor research, to identify prospective candidates
• Design and analyze data and metrics to support business recruiting decisions and plans as necessary
• Advise clients and hiring managers on recruiting best practices
• Network and build long-lasting client relationships

Requirements:

• 15+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with a deep understanding of the process, strategy, and operational execution
• Strategic thinker who can work with stakeholders to understand current and future recruiting needs, and develop plans to deliver on those needs
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Experience recruiting in professional services or other billable environment is preferred
