Growth Hacker

  • User Growth and Engagement – Brainstorm, create, and build acquisition channels to grow products and distribute marketing content, as well as inspire overall engagement with the brand on social, email, and in-app.
  • Strategy and Implementation - Responsible for creating brand-conscious, systematic marketing campaigns that effectively reach and engage audiences, ultimately generating awareness and ROI.
  • Traffic and Virality Driver - Clear understanding and historic use of using Web, YouTube, SEO, PPC, Email, Native & Social to drive virality and massive sales growth and community.
  • Conversion Optimization Use tracking and split testing to quickly test and optimize conversions on the website and throughout campaigns.
  • Management Skills Guide copywriters, designers, and other in-house and contracted resources to deliver the content and support you need to achieve your results.
  • Analytics and Reporting – Provide and deliver analytical reports for all campaigns and deliver frequent (daily, weekly, monthly) of performance metrics for holistic campaigns, funnels, and specific items (website, seo, ad spend, etc).
  • Brand Excellence – Ensure all copy and creative is best-in-class and meets brand, marketing, community, and objective requirements.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of hands on experience generating direct results with a proven track record of success directly and with a team.
  • Experience and proven results in building high impact marketing campaigns that drive measurable brand awareness as well as expertise in performance marketing - understanding how to convert audiences to paying customers.
  • Collaborative work style.
  • Analytic skills for frequent reporting to senior management team through pixels, 3rd party software and campaign results and success, as well as conversion optimization.
  • High level of urgency and agility and able to execute in a fast-paced and highly iterative environment.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience and proven results in building high impact marketing campaigns that drive measurable brand awareness as well as expertise in performance marketing - understanding how to convert audiences to paying customers.
  • Must understand the current trends of the digital marketing area and be on the leading edge of adopting the most advanced technologies and methodologies to generate results.
  • Creative mindset and deep knowledge and experience with the technical workings of eCommerce platforms and sales channels.
  • Proven written communication skills, ideally with published content, either online or in traditional media.
