Role Overview: Lucas Group has partnered with a leading global, construction organization on their search for an HRIS & Payroll Manager located in NYC. The HRIS & Payroll Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of their HRIS system (UltiPro), including implementing new modules, working on projects and overseeing payroll for the US population while managing a team of two. The right candidate will:

• Supervise and oversee the company’s Payroll and HRIS function (UltiPro) in a complex environment
• Implement and oversee all HRIS-related projects
• Manage and develop a team of 2 HR professionals
• Partner with subsidiaries to drive strategic projects

Requirements:

• 10+ years of Payroll and HRIS management experience
• People Management Experience
• Extensive UltiPro experience (5+ Years); Implementation experience a plus
• Strong Payroll/Accounting reconciliation experience
