Role Overview:  Lucas Group has partnered with a leading, global professional services firm in their search for a Global Mobility Manager to sit in their NYC office to support key leaders and stakeholders to drive all short and long term global assignments, including coordinating all aspects of visas/work permits, immigration, tax equalization, and more. This is a high visibility role in a fast growing, highly reputable organization.

Experience Requirements:

• 4+ Years of HRBP experience, ideally for a client base in Professional Services or similar industry
• Experience working as a true business partner to collaborate and guide leadership policies and procedures
• Ability to work tactically and strategically, adapting quickly in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities:

• 4+ Years of HR experience, with a focus on Global Mobility
• Strong knowledge of Global visa & work permit rules, regulations and guidelines, as well as tax regulations
• Excellent customer service, communication and organizational skills
• Results-oriented; experience supporting a sales-heavy, fast paced organization that is not overly process-oriented
