Role Overview: Lucas Group has partnered with a global organization to identify their next Global Director of HRIS. 

• Leads the global implementation process for HCM system
• Defines the project roadmap and strategy for global systems deployment
• Serves as product owner and HCM subject matter expert
• Communicates project timeline and decision that directly impact the business
• Frequent interaction with leaders across entire HR organization
• Owns and directly manages the vendor relationships and contracts for HR systems and tools.
• Direct cross functional teams located domestically and across 30+ countries
• Manages all vendor relationship

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree
• Experience leading a global HCM or HRIS implementation
• SuccessFactors systems experience strongly preferred
• 10+ (ten) years of human resources related project management or program management experience
• Compensation commensurate with experience
