* This company is specifically seeking candidates with military experience. *

 

The GM- Texas will lead operations, sales, regulatory compliance and accounting/finance functions for Southwest Auto Tow, Southwest Auto Storage and Capital Tow in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. The GM – Texas will be responsible for all the performance and direction of all Texas-based employees (approximately 70 full-time equivalents). P&L will be taught.

 

Responsibilities:

  • 5+ years of direct leadership experience
  • 5+ years of operations management experience
  • Experience managing complex transportation and/or maintenance operations
  • BS/BA
  • MBA – preferred, but not required
  • Experience as a military officer or senior SNCO highly beneficial
  • Strong work ethic and high moral character
  • Entrepreneurial mindset

Shift: Responsible for multiple shifts, so working as many hours until job is done.

Travel: Between 2 locations in the DFW area
