Lucas Group has partnered with our Food/Beverage client in Central Massachusetts on their search for a General Manager.

Scope of Responsibilities:

• Achieve production targets
• Budget management
• Employee development and engagement
• Lead training exercises
• Evaluate value add & non-value add activities
• Vendor management and coordination
• Site logistics & operations
• Ensure employees follow applicable safety rules & regulations
• Reports on the location’s revenue, expenses, and employees

Skills Needed:

• Hiring, terminating, and promoting hourly employees
• Lean Business Operations
• Six Sigma principles

Educational & Work Requirements:

• Degree: Bachelor’s Degree OR equivalent experience desired
• Work Experience: 5+ years experience managing individuals
