Goals & Objectives
- Lead and manage day to day operations
- Monitor and improve performance and sales in local market
- Manage P&L responsibility for location (Including: occupancy, revenue margins and cashflow)
- Build and grow brand through events, PR, brand awareness and local support
- Be face of local market
- Partner with real estate, finance, IT, marketing, sales, and marketing to grow user base.
- Manage and improve sales process and churn
- Team Development and growth
- Manage and report on all KPI’s for market.
- Drive results and performance of location.
- Represent local market in all growth and development strategies with corporate
- Assist in improving physical location.
- Ultimately responsible for health community and experience
- Network and drive strategic and partnerships and high level relationships
- Manage vendor relationships
- Act as liaison between your team and CEO
Experience and Requirements
- BA / BS or equivalent in Business, Hospitality or other related degree
- MBA preferred
- 10+ years’ experience in hospitality, startups, consulting or related experience with strong operational focus
- Entrepreneurial experience is a plus
- P&L experience required
- Managed staff of 30+ people
- Experience in real estate, facilities management or sales/marketing
- Passion and understanding for entrepreneurial communities
- Thrive in a fast paced environment while maintaining excellent attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and inspirational leader
- Strong operations background
- Proven experience with Business scaling a plus
