Lucas Group has partnered with an EXCITING, successful, tech start-up in the retail industry, from the U.K., who has recently expanded their operations in the U.S. They are looking to bring on a General Manager to ensure that profitable business growth is accelerated and that commercial success is achieved by optimizing the effectiveness of operations. You will be able to own all aspects of the U.S. both operationally and commercially and will also work in liaison with the Head of Partnerships and supporting team as the lead in optimizing their services. ou will also consistently look for ways to optimize profit potential while protecting the company’s values and brand image.
You will work closely with the commercial functions (Sales, Marketing, Product, Finance, etc.) to drive the operations-focused roadmap and identify enhancement

WHAT YOU’LL DO…
- Providing strategic leadership to build out organizational development in Las Vegas and potentially beyond as they continue their expansion in the US.
- Building in the processes and people to support their growth plan.
- Being the site liaison for _______and their customers
- Leading customer success, customer services and post sales.
- Understanding the value drivers of the business and identifying profitable commercial opportunities to grow revenue within the Operations function
- Developing and maintaining an excellent understanding of our customers to ensure that their needs are being met and we build an ongoing relationship with them
- Building plans Producing business plans/recommendations (including all associated costs, forecasting, resourcing and pipeline planning), to ensure that all post sale opportunities (existing and new products and services) are optimized
- Ensure process and technology optimization in the operational processes. Identify gaps, saving opportunities and room for improvement and bring these into practice
- Liaising with relevant internal teams to ensure that customer needs are met and that customer requirements are fully communicated throughout the business. Including working closely with the Product and Engineering teams to drive changes focused on efficiency
- Maintaining an awareness of external factors (including any emerging competitor’s commercial activities) which could impact the business. Communicating such information and any subsequent changes to the Leadership Team
- Collating and analyzing business data pertaining to all commercial activities.
- Ensuring that all commercial Operations activities meet or improve on budget, cost, volume and efficiency targets in line with business objectives
