General Counsel – Oklahoma City
A rapidly growing financial services company is seeking a General Counsel Attorney with 6+ years of corporate transactions, investment management, and investment fund experience. Excellent opportunity to step into an executive level role, managing all contracts and legal-related matters for parent and subsidiary companies.
Responsibilities:
Serve as key legal advisor for all company transactions and legal related matters
Review and negotiate all legal agreements and contracts
Manage regulatory and compliance matters
Provide continuous counsel and guidance on liability and implications of all legal matters
Collaborate with executives and work with outside counsel
Manage multiple projects with various business units
Requirements:
Must have 6+ years of law firm or in-house experience, with corporate transactions, investment management, and investment funds
Admitted to a State Bar, must be in good standing
Strong academic credentials
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously
