Position Overview:
We are seeking a Generative AI Advisor to serve as the organization's primary AI expert and help accelerate our AI initiatives. This role is critical to upskilling our internal team and shaping the future of our AI product. The advisor will provide hands-on expertise in AI infrastructure, LLM selection, and agentic frameworks, ensuring we adopt best-in-class technologies and practices for scalable AI solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the subject matter expert for Generative AI across the organization.
- Design and implement AI strategies at scale, focusing on enterprise-level deployment.
- Advise on LLM providers, agentic frameworks, and AI infrastructure to support product development.
- Collaborate with internal teams to upskill talent and embed AI best practices.
- Stay plugged into AI communities and emerging trends to guide innovation.
- Provide hands-on technical leadership in building and optimizing AI-driven solutions.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- Deep expertise in Generative AI and large-scale AI systems.
- Proven experience with OpenAI, LLMs, and agentic frameworks.
- Strong knowledge of AI infrastructure and deployment strategies.
- Ability to operate at a strategic level while remaining hands-on with technology.
- Active engagement in AI communities and awareness of cutting-edge developments.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in AI product development and lifecycle management.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and scalable architectures for AI.
- Strong communication skills to influence stakeholders and mentor teams.
