GDPR Temporary Attorney (Closed)

GDPR / Data Protection Temporary Attorney Project

Immediate need for an attorney who has GDPR compliance experience to support a large company with a project- based need.

Position will report directly to the Vice President of Compliance and Chief Privacy Officer.

This project requires experience in complying with various Data Protection directives, including:

• Understanding of how the EU defines personal, sensitive data
• Understanding of how Model Contract Clauses, require data processing agreements
• Understanding of restrictions on subcontracting using Model Contract Clauses
• Data Processing Addendums
• Data protection post- BREXIT

Position is temporary/ hourly and can be performed remotely. NOTE: Must be available to support a UK team during UK hours as necessary- East Coast remote candidate would be ideal with availability in the early morning and morning hours as needed (eg, 7 am- 11 am). Rate of pay is 80-85/hr DOE.
