We have partnered with our client in their search for a Functional D365 Lead.
Responsibilities
Lead an implementation of D365 ERP specifically tailored for the retail sector. Not specifically stated by the client, but this entails knowledge within D365 Commerce Module. Please see the following that outlines the differences:
Act as the business process expert, providing in-depth knowledge and guidance.
Develop and execute a comprehensive plan, guiding the team through D365-enabled business process design, user stories, and test cases.
Lead the configuration, process design, and overall implementation of D365.
Specialize in inventory control, Order Management System (OMS), Product Information Management (PIM) implementation, and store operations.
Supervise several business process leads, ensuring cohesive and efficient teamwork.
Engage and guide business process owners, particularly in areas of inventory control, OMS, PIM implementation, and store operations.
Skills Required
Proven experience in delivering D365 ERP implementations, specifically within the retail industry.
Strong expertise in business process design and configuration.
Excellent project planning and management skills.
In-depth knowledge of inventory control, OMS, PIM implementation, and store operations.
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Education & Work Experience
Extensive experience in D365 ERP implementation, with a focus on retail.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications in D365 or ERP systems are a plus.
Relevant certifications in D365, project management, or related areas are highly desirable.
