We have partnered with our client in their search for multiple Java/React Full Stack Developers in Jersey City, NJ.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and troubleshoot creative software solutions, thinking beyond conventional approaches.
- Write secure, high-quality production code and maintain robust algorithms.
- Produce architecture and design artifacts, ensuring alignment with design constraints.
- Analyze large, diverse data sets to develop visualizations and reporting for continuous improvement.
- Identify hidden problems and patterns in data to enhance coding hygiene and system architecture.
- Automate remediation of recurring issues to improve operational stability.
- Champion communities of practice to promote adoption of new technologies.
- Foster a team culture of diversity, equity, inclusion, and respect
Skills Required
- Formal training/certification in software engineering and 5+ years of applied experience.
- 3+ years of hands-on full stack development with React, Java 17+, Spring Boot, and SQL.
- Experience in system design, application development, testing, and operational stability for large-scale products.
- Strong understanding of Microservice design patterns and cloud platform deployment.
- Solid grasp of Java design patterns and data structures.
- Proficiency in automation and continuous delivery (CI/CD).
- Advanced knowledge of agile methodologies, application resiliency, and security.
- In-depth knowledge of financial services industry IT systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Adaptability to fast-paced environments and changing requirements.
