Fractional Project Coordinator
Location: Remote
Engagement Type: Fractional / Part-Time Contract
Hours: Approximately 10 hours per week initially, with the potential to increase to 20 hours per week as program demand grows.
Position Overview
Korn Ferry is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Fractional Project Coordinator to support the administration and delivery of global leadership development and coaching programs.
This consultant will be responsible for coordinating program logistics, managing schedules, supporting facilitators, and ensuring a seamless participant experience across multiple cohorts. The ideal candidate is highly organized, technologically savvy, and thrives in a fast-paced, client-facing environment where accuracy and attention to detail are critical.
Key Responsibilities
Program Coordination & Scheduling
- Coordinate logistics for leadership coaching and development cohorts.
- Manage calendars and scheduling across facilitators, program producers, client stakeholders, and participants.
- Create and maintain cohort schedules, timelines, and communications.
- Ensure all program resources and stakeholders are aligned and prepared for delivery.
Program Delivery Support
- Set up and manage virtual meetings and breakout sessions using Microsoft Teams.
- Distribute participant communications, meeting links, and session materials.
- Support live program delivery by managing attendance, breakout assignments, and participant logistics.
- Serve as a key point of coordination for facilitators and program teams.
Quality Assurance & Data Management
- Perform quality control checks on meeting invitations, participant lists, breakout links, and program materials.
- Prepare and manage participant data files, schedules, and bulk uploads.
- Track attendance and maintain accurate program records.
- Upload and maintain required documentation within learning and talent management systems.
- Ensure all deliverables are completed accurately and on schedule.
Stakeholder Support
- Partner closely with Korn Ferry consulting and program teams.
- Proactively identify and resolve logistical or scheduling issues.
- Maintain a polished, professional experience for all participants and stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Project Coordinator, Program Coordinator, Training Coordinator, or similar role.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft 365, including:
- Microsoft Teams
- Outlook
- Excel
- PowerPoint
- SharePoint
- Experience coordinating meetings, events, training programs, or multi-stakeholder initiatives.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and client service skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.
- Comfortable working across multiple time zones and supporting global teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting learning, coaching, training, talent development, or leadership programs.
- Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) or talent management platforms.
- Experience supporting virtual events, workshops, or cohort-based programs.
- Exposure to professional services, consulting, or enterprise environments.
